Staff Guidelines and Policies
- Timeliness: All staff are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled shifts.
- Professionalism: Staff should maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with participants, parents, and other staff members.
- Dress Code: Proper uniform, including the Lifeguardix-branded attire, must be worn at all times during shifts.
- Safety First: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during courses and activities. Report any hazards immediately.
- Communication: Notify the Lifeguardix Admin Team at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your shift.

Emergency Procedures
